For 4 people : 400g of pasta butterflies, 400 g of cuttlefish, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of herbs (parsley, cilantro, chives, ...), 1 small sweet red pepper, 100 ml white wine 1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper.

Production : Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water.
Sauté chopped garlic and chopped sweet pepper in oil, add the cuttlefish and white wine. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, add the herbs and season.
Toss pasta with cuttlefish. Serve hot.
