The recipe for apple tart

1 puff pastry roll

3 apples

Juice of 1/2 lemon

20 g of salted butter

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tsp. tablespoons icing sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut 4 circles of 12 cm in diameter. Post-Lessur a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  3. Peel the apples, core them. Cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice as and to retard oxidation. Remove the rosette apple slices on the dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Scatter butter pieces.
  4. Bake for 25 to 3O min. Sprinkle fine pies with icing sugar, serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
