Mayonnaise without egg, mission impossible? The proof that this not with soy recipe.

Recipe for 4 people:


½ bunch parsley

1 garlic clove

100 ml of soy beverage

50 ml of a mixture of olive oil and rapeseed


Lemon juice

Wash the parsley and peel the garlic. Place in the bowl of a blender with soy, olive oil / canola and a few pinches of salt. Mix about a minute and add lemon juice. Refrigerate.
